The first two as well as the title image are from the Pura Uluwatu in the south of Bali. It is situated on top of an impressive cliff with big waves crashing against them incessantly.

This last image shows a smaller and less known part of the Tanah Lot temple in the west of Bali. We arrived there just in time to see the sunset on this cloudy day. But the real spectacle started when the sunlite was already gone. Hundreds of bats, leaving a cave located underneath of us, started to conquer the sky and the temple complex. While at the same time the rising tide was pushing against the temple with several meter high waves.
